5. Saved on your device
Your Inquiry List and Favorites are stored in your browser’s local storage so they stay while you browse or refresh the page. They are not sent to us until you submit an inquiry. Clearing your browser data removes them.
6. Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies to make the website work, and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it. Analytics data is reported to us in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the website works.
7. Emails from us
We email you about your inquiries and orders. We send product updates only if you subscribe, and every update includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop messages about an active inquiry or order.

- Inquiries that do not become orders: up to 3 years, so we can follow up on repeat requests.
- Customer and order records: up to 7 years, to meet tax and accounting requirements.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
